Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our services, please send your complaint by email to Margo van Heck, Coordinator Office Organisation and Information Specialist via heck@thna.nl. You will receive a reply regarding further handling of your complaint within 24 hours. THNa have set up an internal complaints procedure. This procedure will be used to deal with your complaint. A description of this procedure will be sent to you by email on first request.

Professional Liability Insurance

The lawyers and legal experts at THNa are protected by professional liability insurance, in accordance with the regulations of their professional association. We have taken out insurance via AON Risk Solutions, Amsterdam.

Professional Association

All lawyers at THNa are members of the Dutch Bar Association and therefore subject to all applicable disciplinary law and codes of conduct. Information about the Dutch Bar Association is available on this website: www.advocatenorde.nl.

Areas Of Law

All THNa lawyers have registered their primary and secondary areas of expertise in the Register Of Legal Practice Areas administered by the Dutch Bar Association. Pursuant to this registration, they must earn ten training credit units for each of the areas of expertise every year, in accordance with the standards set by the Dutch Bar Association.
