Aram van Bunge is an M&A lawyer and partner. He specialises in corporate law and energy law. Since he first became a lawyer in 1991, he has gained extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, with a heavy focus on the transport & logistics sector. He mostly represents international groups and investors. He has been working for THNa for his entire career.
Besides his legal practice, Aram is also a highly experienced manager. He has managed energy cooperatives on business estates, and is regularly appointed by the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal to act as an interim manager of companies.
