Dagmar van der Wal has been working for THNa as a lawyer since 2020. She specialises in advising on and drafting commercial and other contracts, with general terms and conditions as her specific area of expertise. Her experience also covers landlord-tenant law, and she regularly advises on and litigates rental disputes.
One of her particular focus areas is healthcare law, and specifically where it overlaps with contract law and landlord-tenant law. As part of THNa’s Healthcare Market Group, she draws on this expertise to advise healthcare organisations on a wide range of issues, in particular termination of healthcare contracts.
Dagmar obtained her LLB from Utrecht University in 2017, and her LLM in Healthcare Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2020.
