Daniëlle de Vos works for THNa as a senior lawyer, specialising in landlord-tenant law and construction law. Most of her clients are commercial lessors, property developers/contractors, architects, housing corporations and healthcare organisations. Daniëlle completed the post-graduate Landlord-Tenant Law specialist programme[Cd1]  in 2022 and joined the Dutch professional association VHN.

Daniëlle’s main focus within landlord-tenant law in the Netherlands is on area development and restructuring. She advises clients on matters of sustainability, renovation proposals, mandatory landlord-tenant consultations, eviction protection, indemnification and drafting and/or terminating leases, including urgent termination for occupancy by the landlord.

Daniëlle is a member of THNa’s Construction Market Group, where she works with colleagues from multiple disciplines on legal issues in the construction sector. She also has extensive experience with construction law. She advises on construction contracts, concentrating on avoiding disputes in construction projects, handling liability and settling disputes during the project execution. She also deals with quality assurance legislation for the Dutch construction sector.
