Davey Herfst has been a lawyer since 2021, and joined THNa in 2025. His particular areas of focus are employment law and pension law, and he has extensive experience with individual redundancies, amending employment terms, disability and the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has specialised further in pension law, and in particular updating pension plans, indexation disputes and claims for pension contributions.
Davey studied Management, Economics and Law at HZ University of Applied Sciences in Zeeland graduating in 2017. He obtained his LLB (2020) and his LLM in Employment Law (2021) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Davey Herfst has written several commentaries in legal journals and regularly writes about employment and pension law.
