Erina Baljic has been a lawyer since 2013, and has been working for THNa since 2024. She advises and represents government agencies and market operators in large area development projects. This includes purchasing and selling real estate, drafting letters of intent, partnership agreements and zoning plan derogations.
She also has extensive experience with establishing rights of first refusal and assisting with expropriations. Recently much of her time has been taken up with the highly topical matter of leasehold, particularly in cities such as Rotterdam.
Erina has LLMs in Notarial Law (2010) and Civil Law (2013). She often posts on LinkedIn and shares her expertise at seminars and other events.
