Iris Brand has been a lawyer since January 2025 and has been part of the Corporate Law section at Ten Holter Noordam Advocaten since November 2024. Before that, she was affiliated with the firm as a student intern. Iris focuses on legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions and advises businesses on joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance. Additionally, she is part of the Healthcare market group, specifically addressing legal issues faced by healthcare institutions. Her expertise spans the healthcare, construction, and transport sectors.
Iris obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tilburg University and completed her Master’s degree in Corporate Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam in July 2024.
