Iris Brand has been a lawyer since January 2025. She joined THNa’s Company Law team in November 2024 after working for the firm as a student trainee. Iris deals with legal aspects of M&A, and advises companies on joint ventures, restructuring and corporate governance. She is also part of the firm’s Healthcare Market Group, focusing specifically on the legal issues facing healthcare organisations. Her expertise covers healthcare, construction and transport.
Iris completed the LLB programme at Tilburg University. In July 2024 she obtained an LLM in Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
