Iris van Willegen has been working as a lawyer for THNa since 2024. After joining the firm as a student trainee in 2021, she has gained extensive experience in construction law and landlord-tenant law, including procedural experience. She mostly works on preparing advice, drafting contracts, litigation and arbitration.
Iris is part of THNa’s Construction Market Group, where she handles legal issues in the construction sector. Her expertise includes construction contracts, landlord-tenant law and the Dutch legislation on quality assurance in construction.
Iris van Willigen has an LLM in Construction Law from VU Amsterdam (2023). She has also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2020).
She regularly publishes on LinkedIn, and shares her expertise in workshops and at seminars and events.
