Isabel van der Arend has been a lawyer with THNa since 1 March 2024. She joined the firm as a student trainee in September 2023, and is now part of the firm’s Company Law team.
Isabel works on the full range of contract law issues. Her particular area of expertise is negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and general terms and conditions. She also advises and litigates about diverse contractual matters.
Isabel has an LLM in Private Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2023), and has a strong academic background in contract law.
