Işılay Güneş has been working for THNa as a lawyer since 2025. As part of the Construction Law, Administrative Law and Public Procurement Law team, she has a particular focus on area development and property law.
Işılay has a strong academic background, with LLMs from Leiden University in both Civil Law (2022) and Criminal Law and Criminology (2022). Thanks to her broad understanding of the law, her approach to legal issues is particularly thorough.
