Jetske Huber is a lawyer specialising in public housing law and area development. She advises and counsels on residential development projects. Her clients include housing corporations, various Dutch government authorities, public-law institutions and commercial operators such as real estate investors and property developers.
Jetske has extensive experience drafting sale and purchase agreements, letters of intent and partnership agreements. She advises and litigates on a wide range of issues such as sales and purchases, leasehold, expiration of rights and real rights.
Jetske’s particular area of focus is the unique position of Dutch housing corporations, and their relationship with government authorities. She frequently works with THNa’s Government and Healthcare Market Groups, whose experts also deal with residential construction and integrating home and care.
Jetske has LLMs from the Leiden University, in Civil Law (cum laude) and Constitutional and Administrative Law in 2015. She continued her specialist training with National and International Contracting in 2021, and Eminent Domain in 2024. She graduated cum laude from both these programmes.
