Kelly Both has been a lawyer since 2021. She joined THNa in 2019, and specialises in M&A contracting and company law. Her focus is primarily on takeover contracts, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.
Kelly counsels companies and their owners during mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. She covers the entire process from initial talks to drafting (NDAs) and letters of intent, to conducting the legal due diligence and negotiating and drawing up the transaction paperwork. She also advises on related legal matters.
As a member of THNa’s Port & Trade Market Group, Kelly combines a detailed knowledge of the Port of Rotterdam with an understanding of the specific legal and commercial challenges brought by the sector’s unique interests and issues.
Kelly Both has LLBs in Law (2018) and Tax Law (2020) from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as her LLM in Company Law (2021). She has also completed the advanced professional training for lawyers in the Netherlands (2023).
