Lauren Serrarens has been a lawyer since 2021, the year when she also joined THNa. She specialises in commercial contracts and commercial law, with a strong focus on company law and contract law.
Lauren advises and litigates about commercial contracts and company-law disputes. She helps clients to avoid and resolve conflicts, and with drafting, construing and enforcing contractual arrangements.
As a member of THNa’s Port & Trade Market Group, Lauren’s specific expertise covers dispute resolution in those sectors. She draws on her understanding of commercial law and services to find unique solutions for companies operating in dynamic and complicated markets.
