Lisa Kloot has been a lawyer since 2019 and will join Ten Holter Noordam Advocaten in 2025. She specializes in dismissal law, occupational disability, and collective labor agreement law.
Throughout her career, Lisa has gained extensive experience in labor law in the broadest sense, including occupational disability, reorganizations, and false self-employment. Additionally, she has a strong interest in employee participation, collective labor agreement law, and privacy, areas in which she aims to further deepen her expertise.
Lisa has represented both individuals and businesses and has significant experience in the transport & logistics, industrial, and ICT sectors. She works closely with directors and HR managers, acting as a strategic sparring partner with a practical and goal-oriented approach. Her advice is clear and to the point, aiming to relieve business owners so they can focus on their core activities.
Lisa obtained her Master’s degree in Labor Law from Leiden University and completed the Postgraduate Course in Labor Law (PALA) at the University of Amsterdam.
Within Ten Holter Noordam Advocaten, Lisa has not yet established a specific sector focus or market area, but her experience in transport, industry, and ICT aligns well with various market groups. She is open to joining a market group and further developing her expertise within a multidisciplinary team.
