Martine Zeegers has been working for THNa since 2021, as a lawyer specialising in administrative law and environmental and planning law. She has extensive experience with permits, permissions, zoning plans and enforcement. Martine helps her clients to file applications and requests and represents them in legal proceedings, right up to the highest administrative law court in the Netherlands.
Martine’s primary focus is on the public sector, the construction sector, the port sector and the industrial sector. She has extensive experience advising and representing both public and private operators in those sectors. She adopts a practical approach to legal issues to achieve a swift and effective outcome.
Martine obtained an LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Leiden University in 2021. Since then, she has developed her expertise through practical experience.
