Minke is an employment lawyer specialising in disability and sick leave procedures. Her services are frequently engaged by employers facing the risks of sickness benefits and she counsels them on complicated sick leave matters, objections and appeals. She handles disputes as well, including with employees, working conditions services and the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV). She frequently teaches courses on this subject, both for organisations and for other lawyers.
