Rachid Yahya has been working for THNa as a lawyer since 2023, specialising in general administrative law (including the procedural side), the GDPR, freedom of government information, environmental and planning law, enforcement and subsidy law.
His practice focuses on advising and litigating about data protection, freedom of government information and general administrative law matters. He helps government agencies to properly substantiate their decisions and comply with transparency and privacy rules.
Rachid spent last year working for THNa’s Public Sector Market Group, providing legal support to government authorities. Starting this year, his work will focus on the Port Market Group.
Rachid Yahya was awarded an LLM in Company Law by Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2023.
