Minke Holdtgrefe works as an attorney at law in the employment law practice group. She focuses on all issues related to employment law. Minke advises on a wide range of issues including employment conditions, dismissal, occupational disability, employee participation and transfers of undertakings.
Before joining Ten Holter Noordam advocaten, Minke successfully completed the highly regarded Master's degree course in Employment Law at Erasmus University in 2017. In 2016, she successfully completed her Master’s degree course in Private Law at Utrecht University, graduating with honours.
Minke is a member of the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Rotterdamse Arbeidsrecht Advocaten/VRAA) and the Young Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten/VJAA). Together with colleagues, Minke arranges bespoke workshops on employment law topics, such as current developments within the employment law domain. In addition, she regularly publishes articles in professional literature such as ‘Jurisprudentie in Nederland’. When she is not working, Minke likes to spend time with her family or friends.
