Sjors Buter

Sjors Buter has joined our law firm since October 2022 and specialises in tender law. Given his background within large government organizations such as the Ministry of Defense and other positions later on as a legal practioner in tender law and purchasing advisor within municipal organizations, Sjors is able to make the connection between legal theory and daily practice in an adequate manner. In addition to tender law, Sjors also enjoys working in (civil) Construction law.

Sjors completed his Master's degree in Construction Law at VU University in 2021 and also enjoys being 'hands-on' himself. During and after his master , he spent some time in consultancy before he found his place in the legal profession at Ten Holter Noordam advocaten.
