Alex Olsthoorn

Alex Olsthoorn qualified as an attorney at law in August 2019 and is a member of the employment law practice group. Prior to qualifying, he worked as a paralegal in our law firm. In addition to his highly regarded Master’s degree in employment law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, he also successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business Law.

Alex is particularly interested in the legal aspects of employment law at an academic level. He likes to write and publish on employment law topics in the relevant professional journals such as SDU, JIN and Wolters Kluwer (ArbeidsRecht). Furthermore, employment law appeals to him because it is the area of law par excellence that affects everybody in society.

In his spare time, Alex can often be found powerlifting in the gym. He is also a fervent football fan.
